I allow my child to attend camp and to take part in the children’s activities in the camp programme.

I understand that the camp rules will be explained to all campers and that disruptive behaviour may result in arrangements for my child to be sent home.

I agree to compensate Camp Quality staff and volunteers if my child directly or indirectly causes loss of, or damage to property.

I understand that my child is responsible for any loss of, or damage to his/her personal things at camp.

I understand that Camp Quality has a Child Care & Protection Policy.
