I understand that Camp Quality is big on creating memories for my child. Part of this process is sharing photos and video footage of the camp week. This material is also used when the media is interested in Camp Quality, which helps with fundraising. In the event that a camper is referred to, names may be included.

If I don’t want my child to appear in photos or video footage in the media, I will contact Camp Quality to let them know one month before the camp start date. However, I understand that my child will still be featured in the Camp Quality log book and video that is sent out to all campers and companions.

I understand that campers and volunteers may upload their own personal photos to the internet. Camp Quality has no control over or responsibility for this.

I understand that Camp Quality will keep my contact information in their database and may get in touch regarding future Camp Quality events and promotions. This information will not be disclosed to any party outside Camp Quality and is held subject to Camp Quality’s Privacy Policy.
